Nvidia ties CEO Huang’s $4M bonus to 2027 revenue milestones
NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ:NVDA) has adopted a new variable compensation plan for fiscal 2027, setting a target cash bonus of $4 million for CEO Jensen Huang, according to a regulatory filing released Friday. The plan, approved by the company’s compensation committee on March 2, hit as the semiconductor giant’s shares slipped 3.01% to $177.82 by 16:00 ET
The new incentive structure ties executive payouts directly to the achievement of specific revenue goals for the fiscal year ending January 31, 2027. For Huang, the $4 million target represents 200% of his base salary, while other senior executives have been set a target of $1,500,000, or 150% of their base pay.
