Merging for better solutions, Stagwell to acquire Colombia-based Adobe consultant QStrauss

Stagwell (STGW) has entered into an agreement to acquire QStrauss Consulting, a Colombia-based Adobe implementation and consulting firm, according to a company press release.

QStrauss Consulting will join Stagwell’s Code and Theory Network. The firm serves clients including Walmart, BBVA, Santander, Grupo Salinas, OXXO, and Bimbo, and specializes in Adobe platform consulting, implementation, and system integration.

The acquisition follows a previously announced three-year co-development agreement between Code and Theory and Adobe to build industry-specific solutions targeting financial services, B2B, sports, and retail sectors.

Code and Theory introduced its first product under that agreement, the Creative Intelligence System, at Adobe Summit earlier this year. The system uses synthetic personas to assist marketers in campaign planning and is powered by Stagwell’s ID graph and Code and Theory’s marketing operating system, called The Machine.

Stagwell Chairman and CEO Mark Penn said the acquisition “builds upon our existing Adobe capabilities, strengthening our expertise and helping clients maximize the value of their marketing technology investments.”
