ITT acquires Aerospace Contacts LLC for $31 million

ITT Inc. (ITT) has completed its acquisition of privately held Aerospace Contacts LLC, a manufacturer of precision contacts for connector applications, for a purchase price of $31 million.

Aerospace Contacts produces custom contacts, housings, and shells, with capabilities focused on high-mix, custom contact requirements for harsh-environment connector applications. The majority of its annual sales come from customers in the Americas serving the aerospace and defense markets.

Aerospace Contacts was an existing supplier to ITT Cannon and will be integrated into ITT’s Connect & Control Technologies business segment. ITT said the acquisition is intended to strengthen supply chain resilience.
