Diginex (NASDAQ: DGNX) to acquire AI firm Kindred OS
Diginex Limited (NASDAQ: DGNX) announced it has executed a non-binding memorandum of understanding to acquire Kindred OS, a company that develops edge artificial intelligence technology.
Kindred OS operates the H1 Edge AI platform, which enables AI models to run locally within organizations’ own infrastructure rather than through cloud-based systems. The technology is designed for predictive learning, healthcare, and industrial automation applications.
Edge AI allows organizations to perform data analysis without transferring sensitive information to external platforms. This approach addresses data privacy and regulatory compliance requirements in sectors such as financial services, healthcare, and government.
“Compliance and reporting are evolving from static checklists into living and evolving intelligent systems,” stated Miles Pelham, Founder and Executive Chairman of Diginex. “Edge AI allows us to place trusted intelligence within an organization’s own secure IT ecosystem.”
The acquisition would integrate Kindred’s technology into Diginex’s existing regulatory technology platform. Diginex provides sustainability reporting and compliance solutions, supporting frameworks including GRI, SASB, and TCFD.
Following integration, the combined platform would enable organizations to run AI models locally for analyzing ESG and operational data, generate real-time compliance intelligence, and reduce dependence on cloud infrastructure
