Tango Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: TNGX) shares rose 45% Monday after the company announced initial data from its Phase 1/2 trial showing a 92% objective response rate in pancreatic cancer patients treated with a combination of vopimetostat and daraxonrasib.

The combination therapy demonstrated a 6-month progression-free survival rate of 90% in patients with second and third line metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, with median progression-free survival not yet reached. The trial enrolled patients with MTAP-deleted and RAS-mutant pancreatic cancer.

As of May 28, 2026, 12 patients with pancreatic cancer in the vopimetostat plus daraxonrasib arm were response evaluable with at least 14 weeks of follow-up. The combination achieved a 100% disease control rate, with 9 of 11 responses confirmed. Patients received either vopimetostat 200 mg or 250 mg once daily plus daraxonrasib 100 mg once daily.

The company also reported data from a separate arm combining vopimetostat with zoldonrasib in 27 evaluable pancreatic cancer patients, showing a 52% objective response rate and 74% 6-month progression-free survival rate.
