Beauty and the Beast, Bitmine Immersion Technologies (NYSE: BMNR) invests $200 million in MrBeast’s company

Bitmine Immersion Technologies has invested $200 million in Beast Industries, the content creation company founded by YouTube creator MrBeast.

The deal is expected to close around Monday, January 19, 2026, according to information released by both companies.

Beast Industries CEO Jeff Housenbold expressed his approval of the new partnership, welcoming Bitmine as an investor in the company.

MrBeast, whose YouTube channels have amassed over 450 million subscribers and generate approximately 5 billion monthly views, has built Beast Industries into a significant player in the content creation space.

Bitmine Chairman Thomas Lee pointed to a strong alignment of corporate values between the two companies as a key factor in the investment decision.

As part of its growth strategy, Beast Industries has revealed plans to incorporate decentralized finance (DeFi) technology into an upcoming financial services platform.
