Baird Raised Apple’s price target to $300 a share

Baird analysts raised the price target on Apple (AAPL) to $300.00 (from $280.00) while maintaining an Outperform rating.

The analysts commented: ” Yesterday afternoon AAPL reported solid overall FQ4 results and provided FQ1 revenue growth guidance of 10-12%, above prior forecasts. Per our preview (Link), we thought recent improved upgrade rates and normal historical seasonality could support upside to prior December quarter estimates. Despite the stronger revenue guidance, AAPL is increasing AI investments, which we believe is the right long-term play, but softens upward EPS revisions (for now). In any case, we believe the improving growth profile, coupled with future AI opportunities, supports a healthy premium to the S&P 500.”
