ADP acquires compensation management software provider Pequity
ADP (ADP) announced it has acquired Pequity, a compensation management software provider founded in 2019. The acquisition will expand ADP’s compensation planning tools for mid-size, enterprise and multinational clients.
Pequity offers compensation management software that combines spreadsheet functionality with automated scaling capabilities. The company’s platform includes AI-enhanced insights, budgeting tools, scenario planning features, and integrations with human capital management systems.
“From changing pay transparency laws and regulations to the growing need for deeper insights and analytics, employers today need flexible compensation solutions to help them address the dynamic talent market and make informed pay decisions,” said Sreeni Kutam, president of Global Product and Innovation at ADP.
The acquisition will integrate Pequity’s technology into ADP’s existing platform to serve enterprise and global clients. Pequity’s tools are designed to help employers manage compensation programs through automated processes while maintaining spreadsheet-like usability.
“Pequity was founded with the goal of enabling better pay decisions and simplifying the compensation process,” said Kaitlyn Knopp, CEO and co-founder of Pequity. “Now, with the extensive expertise, resources and global reach of ADP, we can continue to drive the future of compensation management innovation at scale.”
ADP provides HR and payroll solutions to more than 1.1 million clients across 140 countries. The company offers services including HR management, talent acquisition, time management, benefits administration, compliance, and payroll processing.
