Adding value, Nocopi Technologies acquires Polymeric for $2.65 million

Nocopi Technologies Inc. (OTC: NNUP) acquired substantially all assets of Polymeric US Inc. for $2.65 million, the company announced. The purchase price consisted of $1.75 million in cash, $750,000 in equity through 500,000 shares at $1.50 per share, and $150,000 held as a holdback.

Founded in 1993 and headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri, Polymeric develops and manufactures specialty inks and customized coatings. The company generated over $5 million in revenue for the trailing twelve months ended March 31, 2026. Polymeric’s top five customers represent less than 25% of total revenue, and its top ten customers have maintained relationships averaging more than five years.

The acquisition more than triples Nocopi’s revenue base and adds a 25,000 square-foot facility with nearly 20 employees led by Dr. Deverakonda Sarma. Polymeric will continue operating under its brand name from the Kansas City location.
