Smart home buy, ACCO Brands completes acquisition of Trust peripherals brand

ACCO Brands Corporation (ACCO) has completed its acquisition of Trust, a company that designs and markets PC accessories, gaming, smart home, and mobile peripherals.

Trust sells its products through retailers, e-commerce platforms, and business-to-business channels across Europe and Latin America.

The Lake Zurich, Illinois-based company said the transaction has closed, following a previously announced agreement. No financial terms were disclosed in the announcement.
