Making moves, Krait Critical Minerals acquires Nevada Hills, raises offering to $2M

Krait Critical Minerals Corp. (CSE: KRIT) has completed its acquisition of Nevada Hills Antimony LLC, a transaction first announced on September 6, 2026, making Nevada Hills a wholly owned subsidiary of the Vancouver-based company.

Under the terms of the securities exchange agreement, Krait paid US$100,000 in cash, of which US$25,000 had been previously paid under an exclusivity agreement and credited toward the purchase price. The company also issued 2,500,000 common shares at a deemed price of $0.87 per share to the former members of Nevada Hills. The shares are subject to a hold period of four months and one day from issuance.

Through the acquisition, Krait obtained contractual rights to acquire the Bales Antimony Project in Okanogan County, Washington, additional mineral claims contiguous to that project, and four mineral claims comprising the Antimony Bell Project. Krait did not acquire direct ownership of the eight underlying Bales claims at closing.
