The company’s Board has formed a Special Committee composed solely of independent directors, which will work alongside legal and financial advisors to review the proposal in line with its fiduciary duties. The Special Committee said it does not intend to comment further at this time.

InMode is an Israel-based medical technology company that develops and markets devices using radiofrequency technology across several medical specialties, including plastic surgery, gynecology, dermatology, otolaryngology, and ophthalmology.
