Let’s go for more production, United Energy Corporation (OTC: UNRG) acquires Alkane assets for $31 million

United Energy Corporation (UNRG) announced the acquisition of Alkane Modus Vis Inc and assets from Alkane Midstream for approximately $31 million. The transaction includes cash, assumed debt, seller financing, and equity consideration with an effective date of April 30, 2026.

The acquisition includes a 100,000 gallons per day LNG production facility in Seminole, Texas, along with LNG infrastructure, distributed power generation assets, logistics equipment, and operating contracts. The combined operations span Arizona, Kansas, Montana, Nevada, North Dakota, Oklahoma, and Texas.

United Energy expects annualized 2026 revenues of $15 million to $20 million from the combined platform, with targeted EBITDA margins near 30%. The company serves industrial, oilfield, and data infrastructure markets across North America.
