Atlantic International (NASDAQ: ATLN) acquires Circle8 Group in all-stock deal

Atlantic International Corp. (NASDAQ: ATLN) announced the acquisition of Circle8 Group, creating a global workforce solutions platform with $1.2 billion in annual revenue. The all-stock transaction combines Atlantic’s North American industrial staffing operations with Circle8’s European IT and technology talent services.

Circle8 Group generated approximately $780 million in revenue in 2025 and projects reaching $1 billion organically in 2026. The European IT staffing company operates throughout Europe and manages over 12,000 technology professionals. Circle8 will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Atlantic International.

Circle8 founder Guus Franke will join Atlantic’s Board of Directors as Executive Chairman while retaining his role as CEO of Circle8 Group. The company serves Fortune 500 technology companies, government agencies, and large European corporations.
