Google-parent Alphabet cuts stake in Crowdstrike

(Reuters) – Google-parent Alphabet (NASDAQ: GOOGL) has cut its stake in cybersecurity company Crowdstrike, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing on Friday.

The company cut its stake to 427,895 class A shares from 855,789 shares.
